How to place an order.
Placing an order is very simple by following the online purchasing procedure. For more details about your purchase, please review the product description.
Product availability
All orders are subject to availability of the products that comprise it. The portal https://www.anglomotors.com/ does not specify whether the selected references are in stock. If for any reason there are difficulties regarding the supply of any spare part or accessory, we will refund the amount paid.
Delivery Times
Orders will be sent to the delivery address you indicated in the email you must send after purchase. Talleres Anglomotors, SL will not be responsible if this delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. You can indicate a delivery address different from your billing address.
We will ship the order once all the references of the order are in stock. In any case, we will ship your goods as soon as possible. Once they leave our warehouses, you will receive your order either within 24-48 hours (Peninsula) or within 7-10 business days (Canary Islands). Please note that deliveries are only made on business days.
Please note that once the order leaves our premises, the delivery date may be affected by factors beyond our control. In any case, if a significant delay occurs, we will contact you to ensure that the delivery is as satisfactory as possible.
For the purposes of these conditions, the order will be deemed to have been delivered at the time that you or a third party indicated by you acquire physical possession of the products, which will be confirmed by the signature of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
Prices
All product prices are shown in Euros. Shipping costs will appear on the payment screen and in the order email, and will vary depending on the cubic capacity, weight of the merchandise and destination.
Talleres Anglomotors, SL reserves the right to change the prices of the products displayed on https://www.anglomotors.com/ at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. In the event of a price error, we will notify you and give you the option to continue with the transaction at the correct price or cancel the order without charge.
VAT
In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the articles will be deemed to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at any given time depending on the specific article in question.
For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT pursuant to the provisions of Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.
Pay
Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will be added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do so, you must follow the steps of the purchase process. If in doubt, consult the purchase guide.
You can make the payment via PayPal or bank transfer. These are the only methods that the system provides.
When you make a payment via PayPal, you are confirming that the credit card is yours or that you are legitimately authorized to use it. Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity, but if the entity does not authorize the payment or takes a long time to authorize it, we will not be able to formalize your order nor will we be responsible for delays in delivery times, respectively.
Returns
Anglomotors Workshops, SL , fully guarantees that the material sent to the client is inspected and completely new.
To return an unopened or unused item, as the case may be, without a reason for breakage or an error in the reference ordered, customers have a maximum period of 7 days from receipt to make the return. In order for us to accept your return, you must first contact our telephone number, where they will provide you with an authorization number.
In these cases of error or regret on the part of the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and a penalty of 10% of the net value of the item will be applied as handling costs. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, box or plastic bag, unopened and undamaged. No return will be processed without first requesting the authorization number, and no returns will be accepted for items that have been assembled or whose packaging is not in perfect original condition.
In the event of a return due to damage, the customer must have verified the condition of the packaging by including a note on the carrier's delivery sheet with the incident explaining the condition in which the goods were received. In this way, damage to the material received can be claimed from the carrier. In these cases, Talleres Anglomotors, SL will bear the costs of returning the damaged goods, returning them to the customer as soon as possible, without the customer having to bear the shipping costs. If the customer does not claim damages from the carrier, Talleres Anglomotors, SL will not be liable for subsequent damages claimed by the customer.
Returns of electrical parts will not be refunded unless the manufacturer deems them defective. Returns of vehicle-specific parts, such as keys or remote controls coded for a chassis, are not accepted.
Warranties
All our parts have a minimum of one year warranty from the manufacturer. Except in exceptional cases, the parts will be returned to the manufacturer.
We remind you that correct completion of the warranty claim process is essential to avoid the claim being rejected. Please contact us so we can provide you with a claim form and number.
If the manufacturer considers that the part is not defective, but that the defect is due to misuse or incorrect assembly, the warranty will be voided. In this case, the damaged part will be returned to the customer with the corresponding shipping costs.
When a warranty claim is accepted, you will be reimbursed for the value of the claim or a new part will be sent to you, as appropriate in each case.
